Chrissy Espinoza grew up in Colorado and has lived in many different cities throughout the years. She attended Rocky Mountain College of Art & Design where she studied 2D Animation. Her short animations have been in independent film and animation festivals in Colorado and the Bay Area and just recently she had one of her experimental animations play at the Filmhuis Cavia in Amsterdam. Her animations and videos have played at the Titwrench music festival in Denver, CO and while working at the world famous Amoeba Music in San Francisco she shot video and audio for many famous musician’s and bands such as Crime, Thurston Moore, Flipper, Devandro Banhart and many more. Chrissy is currently an associate member at Pirate: Contemporary Art where she has been exhibiting her videos and photos for the last 5 years.
